Wreckateer is a new Kinect-exclusive game heading to Xbox Live Arcade later this year.
A physics-based score attack game, according to our friends at Eurogamer.net, the game is "highly reminiscent of Angry Birds" — players use a catapult to lob iron balls to destroy castles. The castles aren't occupied by green pigs — they're filled with goblins instead.
The game's in development by Iron Galaxy, recently responsible for the excellent Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike Online Edition, and should be out later this year.
“Wreckateer” (Iron Galaxy) – “Wreckateer” uses Kinect for Xbox 360 to put players in control of a massive castle-wrecking ballista. With the help of Wreck and Tinker, players can travel the land and destroy 60 castles infested with goblins using six magical projectiles.
