Fit Music is Kinect's Most Self-Explanatory Game

Posted Mon, 19 Mar 2012 by James Newton

Sorry.

Sorry.

Can you tell what it is yet?

Fitness, dancing, Kinect: the holy trinity for game publishers. The next company to try its luck is Oxygene Media with the ingeniously titled Fit Music.

Fronted by European fitness champion Patrizia Salviato — described as "one of the best body building superstars ever" by Oxygene — the game is coming to Wii next month, with a Kinect version to follow. We don't know too much about it yet other than the title, but really, what else do you need to know?

The description of Salvato, translated from the original Italian, is awesome in places:

Fit Music virtual/real personal trainer: Patrizia Salviato

Surely, she is one of the best body building superstars ever.

Patrizia Salviato began fitness when she was 21, in her own town: Padua, Italy and her passion and steadiness led her onto the top of professionals.

Well shaped, pretty and stylish, full of womanhood, Patrizia Salviato is the Italian Fitness Champion (NABBA) in 2002 and twice European Fitness Champion (IBFA) in 2002 and 2003.

The success in training, in numerous events and competitions, and the notoriety brought by her glamorous looking, made Patrizia a cover girl and pin up in several fitness magazines too.

TV shows and commercials haven’t been missing her presence.

Nowadays Patrizia is a hardly requested personal trainer, graduated at the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), she also developed her own training exercises for Fit Music.

Here's the Wii trailer featuring the "hardly requested personal trainer". Use your imagination for the Kinect version.
