No, not May 4th

In a missed opportunity of synergy, Kinect Star Wars won't release on May 4th, with a UK release date confirmed for 3rd April 2012.

The game will carry a full RRP of £39.99 and launch alongside the limited edition Star Wars Xbox 360 console we exclusively revealed in July 2011.

Microsoft also revealed a little more about the Force-powered dancing mini game:

New Galactic Dance Off mode loaded with Star Wars-themed pop tunes where those still honing their Jedi skills can take a break to battle Darth Vader on the dance floor or bust a move “Solo style.”

This could either be superb or a disaster. Find out in April.

The time is finally here to feel the Force with “Kinect Star Wars™.”

Hope it's better than what they showed at E3, the game looked poor and on rails! The pod racing looks cool though! Wait and see reviews befor I go out and buy I think.
