Get Fit with Mel B isn't the only celebrity-endorsed fitness package on the way to Kinect – EA Sports Active 2.0 is backed by David Beckham, remember – but Mel B has a trick up her sleeve or, more accurately, on her wrists. And ankles.

Accessory manufacturer Blaze is producing official accessories to accompany the game in the form of Fitness First Wrist & Ankle Weights and the Fitness First Workout Mat, both of which are endorsed by star Mel B and the gym chain Fitness First, though you probably guessed that already.

Costing £9.99 each and finding their way to the usual "all good retailers" later this month, the accessories will add a little extra resistance and/or comfort to your workout, depending on how strenuous you like your physical exercise.

Get Fit with Mel B is released for Xbox 360 in North America on Thursday November 4th, with a UK release following on Friday November 26th.
